A long time client wanted a koi for his birthday. I didn't have an idea what it looked like (turned out to be carp) so he had to send vcd's of the fish to orient me. With a bit more surfing , Mom's QC, and the client's sms (saying he was happy with it) the next day, we thought we did pretty well.
