Above, one of the grand cakes our Mom made during the mid '80's. It spanned half the length of the swimming pool of Sarabia Manor.

Our Mom is a homemaker first and a cakemaker second. Yet, she was able to conceptualize grandious cakes & handmake each of the hundreds, sometimes thousands of sugar flowers, bake, and decorate cakes in her spare time. Guess who were her little helpers?
